Venue Pricing

Dance Hall (temperature controlled): $2,000/day

Dutch Barn: $1,000/day

Full Venue (Dance Hall + Dutch Barn + Grounds): $2,500/day

October Pricing:

Dance Hall: $2,000/day

Dutch Barn: unavailable (pumpkin patch season)

If you would like the entire patch to be Private on a Saturday or Sunday $3500

What’s Included

• Round and rectangle tables

• Chairs for your guests

• Rustic farm setting with Multiple event and photo spaces

Bar Service (Licensed On-Site)

• All alcohol is handled in-house by The Twelves

• Bartenders: $150 each

• Two permanent bars: one in the Dance Hall and one in the Dutch Barn

• Parties larger than 100 guests require a bar back

• Add one additional bartender for every 75 guests beyond 150

Extras & Rentals

• Vintage furniture packages starting at $500

• Tablecloth rentals available in black or white: $150

• Assorted Vintage China: Starts at $150

• Audio Guestbook: $100

• On-site 5-bedroom house available as an Airbnb

• Parties larger than 100 guests require a bar back

• Add one additional bartender for every 75 guests beyond 150

Staffing Options

At The Twelves, most of our weddings are venue-only rentals — we open the space and let you bring in 

your own vendors, helpers, and personal touches to make it truly yours.

For couples who’d like a little extra peace of mind, our team can be available to assist with setup, 

coordination, or guest support. Staff can be added for $250 per team member (includes 4 hours).

$500 non-refundable deposit required to hold your date
